Local renters feel as though the dream of buying a home in Nashville is out of reach. This comes as a new study shows two Midstate counties are no longer affordable for most to buy a home.
According to personal finance site Money Geek, Williamson County and Davidson County are too expensive for many to live in, if you plan on buying a home.
In Williamson County, Money Geek says the median household income is more than $129,000, while the average home price is more than $860,000.
