Residents in Middle Tennessee woke up Thursday morning to begin the heart-wrenching task of picking up pieces of their lives from their yards.
Susan Boston has lived in Pulaski, Tennessee since 1979. She tells FOX 17 News she can’t recall a storm as bad as the one that tore through her street overnight.
“The weather radio woke us up a little after 3 a.m., and that’s what got us worried,” Boston said. “We headed for the closet but I could hear the trees just cracking – and it was the wind, the rain – it was absolutely horrible.”
