FOX 17 News witnessed firsthand how hard it is to get through ballistic film.
This time last year Metro Schools approved funding to get this film in place at all schools, but FOX 17 News learned this won’t happen until the end of the year.
The state law requiring new and remodeled schools to have film started affecting public and charter schools after July 1 of 2023.
