There are new details surfacing in the death of Ariel Rose, a 23-month-old who died from fentanyl toxicity in November of 2022.
Two people have been arrested in connection with Ariel’s death, but there is also a civil lawsuit where Ariel’s grandfather, Mickey Rose, wants to hold the nonprofit running the facility, Community Care Fellowship, accountable.
