This year alone, the Metro Nashville Police Department says we’ve now seen nine homicides in Nashville where the victim was 17 or younger. Many of those deaths in recent weeks, and that number is up since last year.
In the last three weeks, at least four teenagers were shot and killed in the Nashville area. This happened at a Bellevue park, a Madison park and at an apartment complex in North Nashville.
