A repeat offender is accused of hurting a nurse practitioner and a police officer at Tri Star Centennial Medical Center over the weekend. Bail reform advocates want things to change.
In an affidavit, Metro Police said officer Justin Ramos was hurt by patient Arthurio Morris inside of the medical center. He is also accused of punching nurse practitioner Marshall Tyler.
