An Arkansas family is desperate for help after revealing their mother suffered a mental health crisis and took off with their youngest sister.
The siblings say their mother’s last known location was in Fairview, Tennessee. Now, they think their 7-year-old sister could be in danger, and are baffled police will not step in to help.
