The Gallatin Police Department has arrested a man who allegedly shot and killed a 16-year-old teenager caught breaking into a car.
Local youth advocate says she feels for both families, including the 20-year-old man who is now locked up.
“If a person is running away after you’ve seen them, you let them run. They’re going to get caught somewhere else, or you call the police.”
