The historic Nashville restaurant may not be returning, but the building itself still has a future, now as a possible home for Nashvillians and tourists alike. T2 Capital Management, a private real estate firm, bought the building in hopes to revitalize Second Ave. following the Christmas Day bombing in 2020.
