Flood-ravaged Waverly apartments get a new life three years after disaster and long delays.
Three years ago on August 21, catastrophic flooding destroyed lives, homes and businesses in Waverly. The town in Humphreys County has widely rebuilt. However, one glaring property has remained essentially untouched since the disaster.
