License plate readers have been approved by the city, but the mayor is withholding citywide funding for the time being.
Meanwhile, a neighborhood in Bellevue is paying for it themselves and residents say it has been successful. This is to add onto yet another neighborhood, Haynes Park in Bordeaux, who also saw the same success.
