A social media post from a local business, The Peach Truck, went viral after they showed how Kroger stole their marketing and business model by using one of their images of their own employee.
Kroger admits their mistake, but The Peach Truck says this raises a larger issue.
The Peach Truck Vice President of Marketing, Joanna Mariani, said after they posted on social media, several small businesses said they had similar issues with larger corporations taking advantage of them. They say this needs to stop.
