Washed-up rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was allegedly jumped by a gang inside a restroom at an L.A. Fitness in Miami.
Cellphone video shows two men punching and kicking 6ix9ine while he cowered on the floor in a restroom.
A second video shows the rapper’s bloody face after the assault. He accused the men of jumping him, as he scurried away.
The gym staff called police and EMS, and he was transported to a hospital, TMZ reported.
He was treated for a broken jaw and cracked ribs as well as injuries to his lower back and facial abrasions.
6ix9ine didn’t have security with him because bodyguards are expensive and he has difficulty booking shows in the U.S. where he is considered a “rat” and a “snitch”.
His alleged cooperation with federal authorities landed multiple gang members in prison.
The rapper’s attorney, Lance Lazaro, says he intends to make sure 6ix9ine gets federal protection since his life is in danger.
6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez, was granted early release from a New York prison in 2020 after serving 20 months of a 2-year sentence for multiple counts of racketeering, firearms offenses and drug trafficking.

He was offered protection as a federal informant upon his release, but he reportedly declined the offer.
6ix9ine spends most of his time on social media where he flashes stacks of prop money while bragging about his non-existent riches.
In one video, 6ix9ine told his enemies where he was located and challenged them to meet up with him.
