People scattered throughout the Midstate feel like a lot of effort has been put into interstates and the main roads. However, when it comes to the neighborhood roads, many people feel they’ve been ignored, leaving them stuck inside for more than a week now.

Midstate residents are documenting their experiences on social media as many of them are forced to stay put inside their homes. In Joelton, neighbors take matters into their own hands to help those in need.
