The Tennessee Department of Health is looking into four cases of a botulism-like illness. All four people came down with the illness after getting cosmetic injections. Infectious disease expert at Vanderbilt University Medical Center Dr. William Schaffner joined FOX 17 News to discuss the seriousness of these cases.
