A Tennessee lawmaker has filed a bill that would prevent legislators who were expelled from reclaiming their seats for at least four years.
Last year, the “Tennessee Three” made national headlines after two members were expelled for violating House rules during a gun control protest at the state capitol. However, they were quickly voted back into their positions.
