The so-called ‘wooded rapist’ who terrorized Middle Tennessee in the 1990’s and 2000’s has been denied a new trial in Davidson County.
Jason Burdick is a convicted serial rapist and is believed to have raped more than a dozen women in Davidson, Williamson and Wilson counties.
The order to deny a new trial came down from a Davidson County judge on Thursday. Burdick had petitioned for a new trial, citing his attorneys did not adequately represent him.
